Sheldon is the Lead Software Engineer for the AI & Robotics Institute at EIT, working within the Lab MLOps team.

Before joining EIT, Sheldon worked for Quantumblack, McKinsey’s AI/ML division that implements various projects for clients, all of them leveraging ML to derive insight. His initial focus was on the projects themselves, helping deliver them on the ground. Later on, he transitioned to an asset team looking at how to accelerate these projects and scale them.

During his time at Quantumblack, Sheldon also participated in various initiatives to help with knowledge sharing within the firm. Before Quantumblack, Sheldon also worked for an SVOD company as a data analyst and worked as an ETL consultant for Teradata.

Outside of work, Sheldon is an avid gamer, big foodie, and goes to the gym because he has to (not because he wants to).
