Nicole is a Lead Program Manager for the AI & Robotics Institute at EIT. The Program Management team aims to accelerate the delivery of high-priority programs by embedding world-class strategic guidance and program management excellence - empowering teams to move faster, focus smarter, and deliver meaningful impact at scale.
Prior to joining EIT, Nicole worked in technical program management and strategic operations for Wayve’s Embodied AI Research team, overseeing research team planning and operations, core foundation model and GPU infrastructure optimisation initiatives. During her time with Meta’s Research Partnerships team, she led program and product delivery to enable responsible access to information on Facebook and Instagram for independent public interest research.
With a background in molecular biology, she conducted breast cancer and stem cell research for international research collaborations, including at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Canada. After relocating to the UK, she transitioned into research evaluation, strategy development and partnerships for the UK’s biggest charities and health programmes (Cancer Research UK, Breast Cancer Now, Our Future Health).
Outside of work, Nicole is an avid traveler, reader and amateur chef.
