Nick is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at EIT, focused on sourcing outstanding talent to help drive EIT’s programmes forward. He is passionate about the idea that people make an organisation and takes great pride in finding top candidates who can support and innovate towards EIT’s mission.

Prior to joining EIT, Nick spent over a decade recruiting into the life sciences industry, supporting pharma, biotech, and medical device/technology companies across the UK, EU, and US. He began his career recruiting candidates in Clinical Research roles and has since expanded his expertise to cover multiple business areas within the industry, from Discovery Medicine and R&D through to Commercial Operations. He started at an established agency and, most recently, was a founding director of a boutique consultancy, where he spent the last six years co-leading its development.

Nick enjoys skiing, playing sports with friends, and traveling - especially to Ireland, where his wife’s family is from. He is also kept very busy by his energetic 15 month-old daughter, Leah.
