Lucy Guill is Head of Strategic Partnerships at EIT. In this position, Lucy leads collaborations with key technology partners, such as Oracle, to advance EIT's mission of deploying science and technology to address humanity’s most enduring challenges.

Before joining EIT, Lucy applied her passion for bringing ideas to life by overseeing the design and launch of new technology solutions for patients, healthcare providers and researchers while on the Oracle Health Innovation team and at an early-stage startup operating in the population health and direct-to-employer healthcare sectors during the COVID-19 pandemic. Lucy's diverse professional background also includes real estate in Argentina, finance in New York City and consumer apps at Sony Pictures Entertainment in Los Angeles.

Lucy holds a B.S. in Biology and Spanish from the University of North Carolina and an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. In addition, Lucy is a United States National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) trained in evidence-based techniques to empower patients to develop intrinsic motivation to make sustainable behavior changes to support treatment plan adherence and chronic illness prevention and management.
