Louisa is Executive Assistant to Professor Andrew Scott, Senior Director of Economics at EIT. Louisa has over 20 years of experience in C-Suite level support across multiple sectors including BBC Studios & the University of Oxford.

Before joining EIT she worked for the CEO of Oxford Science Enterprises, working with a wide range of portfolio companies and external stakeholders of the highest level, in both business & government. Prior to that Louisa worked for the Head of the University of Oxford's Department of Psychiatry, running a range of committees and departmental functions. Before moving to Oxford with her family, Louisa was a C-level EA at  BBC Studios (formerly BBC Worldwide).

Louisa holds a BA Honours Arts degree and a post-graduate diploma in Arts Management.  She is a keen runner & triathlete and set up a business teaching dance to young children in the Oxford area.
