Katie is a HR Business Partner here at EIT.

Prior to joining EIT, Katie has held various strategic HR positions. Most recently as HR Business Partner for the broadband provider Gigaclear and previously spent 7 years at an Oxford University subsidiary. Katie has completed her CIPD Level 5 and is a keen advocate for EDI in the workplace having led an internal EDI group within her last role.

Outside of the workplace Katie is a keen vocalist and sings in a function band playing funk, soul and Motown hits. She most enjoys spending time with her family enjoying the English countryside or visiting family in Cornwall.
