Jess Richardson is the HR & Payroll Administrator at EIT. Jess is responsible for Onboarding new starters into EIT end-to-end, from sending out contracts to equipping new hires with everything they need so they can hit the ground running on their first day. Jess is also responsible for payroll and benefits and ensuring they run smoothly during the pay cycle for all employees, as well as general HR queries and data capturing.

Prior to working at EIT, Jess worked as a HR Administrator at SMS Environmental in Harwell Campus, a water treatment and legionella control company. In this role, Jess was responsible for inputting data, answering general queries, assisting in meetings as a note taker, inputting payroll and onboarding all new starters.

Jess also has a Bachelor of Arts in Make-Up, Wigs and Prosthetics, and is currently studying her Level 5 CIPD in People Management with Avado.
