Jemma Jordan

Dr. Jemma Jordan is the Implementation Manager on Paul Rutter’s team at the Pathogen Program at EIT. Her role will be to lead the process of operationally onboarding leading clinical academic centres globally into the Pathogen Laboratory Networks of Excellence.

Originally from Preston, Jemma earned her PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Manchester before moving to Oxford, where she began her career at Oxford Nanopore. Over the past 11 years, she has led teams across research, development, and product management. Now at the Pathogen Laboratory, Jemma is thrilled to be part of a team driving such a bold and inspiring mission.

Outside of work, Jemma loves reading, catching live music and comedy, and spending time with her husband, Michael and their 18-month-old daughter, Alexandra.
