Jamie Miller is the Scientific Facilities Operations Manager at EIT. Jamie is responsible for overseeing the laboratory facilities and upholding safety, quality and efficiency standards. He believes in their importance of fostering a positive work environment built upon trust, respect and open communication.

Jamie has six years of laboratory management experience at both large, ISO-accredited providers and smaller biotech start-ups. He is hoping to bring the knowledge and different skills developed from these roles together at EIT.

Outside of work Jamie spends his time trying to convince his plants not to die, his dog that animals on TV aren’t a threat and his three young children that broccoli is not, in fact, poisonous.
