Hayley Mackenzie is a HR Business Partner at EIT, supporting teams scale their people plans.

Previously Hayley was the Global Head of HR for Oxford Immunotec Ltd a diagnostics company based in the UK with regional offices in the US, APAC and Europe. Hayley was part of the executive team who grew the company from an Oxford University spinout, through IPO and up to its acquisition and integration by PerkinElmer. More recently Hayley was a founder Director of her HR consultancy company, supporting start-up companies in life sciences and nature intelligence. Hayley also worked as a civil servant, in local government consulting and the University of Birmingham.

Hayley has a level 7 CIPD qualification and is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development, she also holds a BA in History.

Outside of work Hayley has three grown up children with the youngest about to go to university she will soon have more time to enjoy cycling, running and gardening.
