Gemma is the Executive Assistant to the AI & Robotics Institute leadership team at EIT. A key member of the team, she manages scheduling, travel coordination, and event planning for six senior leaders, ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced environment.

With six years of experience supporting Senior Executives and their leadership teams across the recruitment and asset management consultancy industries, Gemma thrives on initiative, adaptability and a commitment to supporting leadership goals. She is passionate about contributing to a positive, mission-driven team and helping executives stay focused on strategic priorities.

A graduate of the University of Warwick with a degree in English Literature, Gemma enjoys spending her free time with family and pets, getting lost in a good book and perfecting her newfound passion for baking - with impressive results so far!
