Forrest Maciborsky is the AI Experience Manager for the AI & Robotics Institute at EIT. Here, she is focused on shaping the culture and engagement strategies to help the team scale sustainably. Her role is all about creating the kind of environment where world-class AI talent can do their best work.

Before joining EIT, Forrest spent nearly eight years at Brainlabs, a high-growth digital marketing company, where she built and led several programmes from scratch. She helped scale the company through 5 acquisitions, launched its entry-level Academy, and most recently designed and rolled out a global accreditation programme. Early in her career, she worked at Volkswagen in L&D which was a time when she realised that her passion lay in building creative, people-centric programmes.

Originally from Canada, Forrest holds a level 2 Strengths-Based accreditation and has a particular interest in leadership development. Outside of work, she loves travelling, yoga and reformer pilates, reading, discovering new restaurants, and hanging out with her cat, Disco.
