Emma Taylor is a Scientific Facilities Operations Manager at EIT. Emma is responsible for overseeing a team of laboratory technicians, troubleshooting facility challenges, optimising workflows and managing the laboratory equipment and supplies. Her goal is to ensure that the laboratory environment meets the highest standards for safety, quality, and efficiency, enabling the scientific team to achieve their research goals.

Prior to joining EIT, Emma led a laboratory team for a top forensic service provider and more recently, managed a team within the Oxford Regional Genetics Laboratories, delivering clinical diagnostic services.

In her spare time, Emma practices acrobatics and can be found in the gym training bodyweight exercises.
