Aoife Duffy is the HR Team Coordinator at EIT, supporting the HR Director, the Talent team, and the day-to-day operations of the HR function. Her role is central to ensuring seamless coordination across key people initiatives and providing structured support across the department.

Prior to joining EIT, Aoife worked as an Executive Assistant and HR Administrator at a company specialising in sustainable regional produce across the UK. There, she contributed to a variety of internal projects while managing essential daily operations, with hands-on experience in both HR processes and business administration.

Alongside her role at EIT, Aoife is currently studying for a BSc in Business Management & Human Resource Management and plans on completing her Level 7 CIPD Qualification next.
