Alfie is an AI Talent Lead for Data & MLOps within the AI & Robotics Institute at EIT. He's deeply passionate about reverse-engineering organisation & team goals into concrete, clear hiring plans & connecting candidate & manager experience to create holistic, positive & proactive talent cycles.
Previously, Alfie worked for a host of private equity & VC-funded hypergrowth start-ups & scale-ups, including AI drug discovery platform, Causaly, and AI board effectiveness consultancy Board Intelligence.
Outside of work, Alfie loves to hike and walk in green spaces, listen to music and exercise, whether at the gym, in the pool or on the field.
